What are the different types of Divorce?
There are two types of divorce.
1. Divorce by Agreement (협의이혼)
2. Divorce by Jurisdiction (재판이혼)
If the spouses both agree to get divorce, it is a Divorce by Agreement.
Usually the spouses decide custody of their minor children if there is any.
However, if the spouses fail to reach a mutual agreement on divorce, they should file a petition for divorce to court.
